Smart phones will soon decline?

In recent years the pace of development of smart phones is far more than the traditional PC industry, but the so-called extremes meet , smartphones recession may come faster. Market research firm TrendForce expects first-quarter global smartphone shipments may be reduced by 5 % compared to the fourth quarter of 2013 , which will be the data for the first time since 2011 qoq decline.
For two years , the global smart phone market has always maintained the chain growth. TrendForce analyst Tony Wilson (Wilson Miao) said that if this prediction come true , it will mark the smart phone market to mature and show seasonal characteristics .
From the specific market share , Apple and Samsung are still no doubt dominate , but it is worth mentioning that , LG and Sony underperforming before the two electronics giants have gradually improved the performance.
TrendForce noted that the performance of Sony in Japan particularly prominent in the Japanese market share of over 20% . The fourth quarter of last year , Sony global smartphone shipments reached 12 million , an increase of 61%.
Meanwhile , LG with the launch of cooperation with Google Nexus phone to get a 4.2 percent share of the global smart phone shipments in the fourth quarter of last year its volume of about 11 million , an increase of 57%.
